Insulating sheets are categorized by material, including PET insulating sheets, PP insulating sheets, PC insulating sheets, PVC insulating sheets, and more.
1. PC Insulation Sheet
PC materials offer flame-retardant, wear-resistant, and antioxidant properties. After being die-cut and shaped, they retain these advantageous characteristics. Due to the performance benefits of PC materials, their applications are quite extensive.
2. Nylon Insulating Sheets
Nylon sheet materials feature high tensile strength and impact resistance, good wear and lubrication resistance, excellent electrical insulation and chemical resistance. After forming, nylon insulating sheets are used in motors, electronic appliances, and more. Common types include PA6 and PA66.
3. Barley Paper
Kudzu paper is a paper product processed with fluoroplastic. It is generally used in electromechanical products. It is often employed as an spacer in the indirect assembly of hard metal components, offering excellent insulation, flexibility, water resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, and aging resistance, making it a great material for filling gaps. Molding products are commonly used in electromechanical products, often serving as spacers in the assembly of hard metal components, and are usually referred to as insulating sheets. A common example is the kudzu insulating sheet used in 18650 lithium-ion batteries.
4. PET Insulation Sheets
Our PET film series typically ranges in thickness from 0.025MM to 0.5MM, with common colors including transparent, black, semi-transparent, and milky white. After being processed and shaped by die-cutting manufacturers, PET insulating sheets are widely used in the electronics, electrical appliances, motor, and communication industries, where they serve various functions such as insulation, wear resistance, light blocking, and protection.
