1. Firstly, check all necessary equipment before setting out, inspect the road conditions at the site, and ensure the equipment operates smoothly and reliably. Only after confirming everything is in order should you commence work. Drivers must be familiar with the mechanical principles of cranes, protective procedures, and safety operating protocols, and must strictly adhere to them. Alcohol consumption or being unwell is strictly prohibited when working.
When reversing the boom lift, please note: Do not lower the boom when transporting or lifting heavy equipment. The throttle for lowering the boom should be gentle, while the throttle for lifting the boom should be firm. The reverse maneuver should be smooth, avoiding any mid-air reversals. Mobile cranes are prohibited. When moving, place the boom on the support stand, hang the hook on the buffer hook, and tighten the wire rope.
During operations, it is essential to frequently inspect the wear of the wire rope. When the angle of the hoist is steep, lower the load to its parking position first, lower the hoist in an emergency situation, release the rope, and disengage the hook. When lifting the hook, it must be raised in the direction of the car's rear. When lifting equipment, a trial lift must be conducted. Equipment handling companies should prevent over-height lifting and minimize the time the object remains suspended in the air, maintaining a slow and steady lifting speed. Crane operators must undergo professional technical training and obtain a qualification certificate before beginning work.
