The correction wheel is a crucial tool for assisting in the shaping of cardboard boxes. During adjustments, it must be coordinated with the gap and angle of the paper guide rod. The pressure gap of the correction wheel should be adjusted from large to small, taking into account the turning angle of the guide rod, and avoiding sudden changes. If the turning angle is adjusted too abruptly, the shaping effect of the cardboard box will be poor, failing to achieve the correction purpose. Instead, it may lead to misaligned box creases and cause shearing differences.
Three, the belt angle and synchronization are also crucial. Firstly, the belt drives the cardboard through the bending and into the stacking section. Since the dimensions of cardboard boxes vary, adjustments must be made with each order to prevent paper jams and misaligned feeding. When adjusting the belt, consider the smooth transfer of cardboard on the belt, avoiding one side feeding smoothly while the other jams, which can create a shearing effect. Of course, belt synchronization is also very important, and this requires regular inspections.
