The nail box machine is one of the downstream processing equipment for paper boxes, with the same principle as a regular stapler. However, it uses a tiger tooth as a pad, specifically designed for sealing boxes. This series boasts features such as compact design, easy operation, excellent wear resistance, even sealing, safety, stability, and the ability to reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency. It is widely used for sealing various paper boxes and calcium-plastic boxes that require heavy loads or are not easily sealed with adhesive tape.
The use of nail box machines not only improves production efficiency but also enhances quality. Compared to manual operation, these machines can uniformly nail together cardboard boxes with minimal nail deviation, high speed, and can save labor for a single machine. Even non-skilled workers can safely operate them with ease. For cardboard factories, this significantly reduces production costs and streamlines operations. Adopting mechanized methods effectively boosts a company's technological and brand strength, especially when facing clients who require factory inspections. Using machines for nailing can impress clients and significantly aid in closing deals. Factories using machine nailing produce aesthetically pleasing and durable boxes with even nail spacing, meeting production requirements effectively, speeding up production, and are essential equipment in the cardboard packaging industry.
Next, let's discuss how to determine the safety of nail box machines:
All safety equipment must remain intact and functional; promptly repair or replace any faulty items. While ensuring the correct use of the nail box machine, attention must also be given to the proper maintenance and care of the equipment. This is a crucial step for improving production efficiency and nail box quality; it should not be overlooked.
Before operating the nail box machine, adjust the main stopper position according to the flip-top of the cardboard box; adjust the positions of the left and right stoppers and the up and down nail heads. Ensure that the left and right stoppers are not too tight to allow smooth insertion and removal of the cardboard. After mechanical adjustments, set the touch screen computer: Box height = original box height - 40mm, Box nail count, Box nail spacing, whether to strengthen the nails, etc. Select single or double sheets. Once all these settings are complete, you can proceed with nailing the boxes.
3. While operating the nail box machine, use your right hand to support the front of the cardboard box and pull it forward. Your left hand should hold the other end to stabilize the right hand. Generally, the left hand should not move as the right hand pulls forward. If the product is particularly large and requires the left hand to move with it, stop moving the left hand 40 centimeters before the punch falls.
If the nail box machine suddenly stops for any reason, staff should press the "Shutdown" button to cut off the power. Check the cause, and only restart the machine after the issue is resolved.
5. Prior to restarting the nail box machine, thoroughly inspect the moving parts (rollers, shafts) for any paper clips, debris, etc., and confirm the reliability of their fixation in all directions. Ensure that personnel around the machine are in a safe position. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating the machine.
