The Narrow Aisle Shelving features a much narrower aisle compared to conventional beam shelving, approximately 1600mm-2000mm wide, significantly enhancing the warehouse space utilization. This type of racking requires a triple-depth forklift, and due to the narrow aisles, it demands skilled operators.
The narrow aisle shelving is equipped with a guide rail approximately 200mm high after installation, serving as a guidance system for forklifts. This reduces the risk posed by human error to the shelves, making it less demanding on the forklift operator compared to drive-in racking.
Consider narrow aisle shelving systems if your storage or logistics center has the following characteristics:
Large inventory volume with frequent goods in and out, requiring high selection standards for the goods.
2. Urgently need to increase storage space or require a certain storage capacity at the warehousing and logistics center.
3. Logistics efficiency is required to be at a high level.
4. The warehouse has a high usable net height, exceeding 8M.
5. Forklifts can be selected with independent warehouse forklifts; there is no plan to use warehouse forklifts for outdoor tasks.
