Steel band boxes, as a commonly used transportation packaging container, feature their ability to utilize local materials, ease of production, lightweight, high strength, durability, certain elasticity, and relatively low cost. They are widely applied in various fields, particularly in the wooden packaging of large and medium-sized machinery products, where steel band boxes are indispensable.
According to the material, they can be categorized into plywood boxes, wooden-core boxes, and solid wood boxes; based on the relative position of the box frames and boards, they can be divided into inner frame wooden boxes and outer frame wooden boxes; depending on the degree of closure on the box face, steel band boxes come in fully enclosed wooden boxes and louvered boxes; and according to the weight and dimensions of the contents inside, they can be classified into small boxes, medium boxes, and large boxes.
The surfaces of heat-treated wood boxes can be decorated and protected using spray painting or inkjet printing techniques. The printing technology not only achieves realistic wood and stone textures, but also, as the ink penetrates the material, minor surface scratches on the heat-treated wood boxes within a certain range will not significantly affect their appearance.
