Wan Hao 2D Image Scanner Maintenance and Care Precautions:

1. Instruments should be placed in a clean, dry indoor environment (temperature of 20℃±5℃, humidity below 60%) to prevent surface contamination of optical components, rust on metal parts, and dust and debris from falling into the moving guide rail, which may affect the performance of the instrument.

Upon completion of instrument use, the working surface should be wiped clean at all times and then covered with a dust cover.

Regular lubrication of the instrument's transmission mechanism and motion guide rails is necessary to ensure smooth operation and maintain optimal usage condition.

4. If the workbench glass and paint surfaces are dirty, they can be cleaned with a neutral cleaner and water. Organic solvents should never be used to wipe the paint surfaces, as this will cause the paint to lose its luster.

6. Precision components such as imaging systems, workbenches, optical rulers, and Z-axis transmission mechanisms all require precise adjustment. All adjustment and securing screws have been tightened. Customers are advised not to disassemble them on their own. Please notify the manufacturer if any issues arise.

7. The software has accurately compensated for the error between the workbench and the optical尺. Do not make any changes yourself; otherwise, incorrect measurement results may occur.

8. All electrical connectors on the instrument should generally not be removed. If they have been disconnected, they must be reinserted correctly according to the markings and the screws tightened. Incorrect connections can lightly affect the instrument's function, and severely may damage the system.
