Silicon carbide cylinder storage reinforcement material is made with active inorganic powder and waterborne epoxy resin as the binder, and金刚砂 (carbide sand) and other high-hardness fillers as the abrasion-resistant aggregates, utilizing epoxy-modified active powder concrete (ERC) Inorganic High-Strength Abrasion-Resistant Material Designed with a Conceptual Approach. It is the third-generation silo wear-resistant lining product developed by our company based on high-strength abrasion-resistant materials. The product consists of three components, combining the advantages of epoxy resin's bonding and corrosion resistance with the high durability characteristics of inorganic materials. Mixed on-site according to specifications and applied or cast onto concrete foundations, it cures to a very high strength, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and bonding performance with the base material. It also features corrosion resistance, non-absorbency, and self-lubrication, effectively preventing and alleviating issues such as wall adhesion and clogging of materials within the silo. It can simultaneously address the three major challenges of silo wear-resistant layer, silo maintenance, and coal accumulation treatment for new silos.

Construction Steps
Construction methods vary for different silo types and sections; detailed construction plans are formulated by our technical staff based on the actual on-site conditions.
Cautionary Notes
l The subgrade should be thoroughly cleaned prior to construction, free of any loose dust, release agents, etc.
l The subgrade temperature during construction must not be below5℃;
l The primer must be applied evenly before construction to enhance the bonding performance between the reinforcement material and the base layer.
