The grounding method is achieved by connecting the metal cover of the temperature controller to the metal grounding components of the equipment.
2. The thermostat should operate in a general indoor environment where the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 90%, there are no corrosive gases, flammable gases, or conductive dust.
When using a temperature controller with contact sensing, ensure the cover is tightly sealed against the heating part of the controlled device, and apply a thermal conductive grease or other similar thermal medium to the sensing surface of the cover.
4. When the thermostat senses temperature through contact with liquid or steam, it is recommended to use products with stainless steel caps and reliable anti-leakage measures to prevent the liquid from seeping onto the insulation components of the thermostat.
Do not crush or deform the lid cap to avoid altering the action temperature or affecting other performance.
Do not allow any liquid to seep into the internal temperature controller! The housing must be protected from excessive force to prevent cracking; the housing should be kept clean to prevent contamination by conductive materials, which could lead to short-circuit breakdown due to reduced insulation performance.
Do not bend the terminal during installation, as it may affect the reliability of the electrical connection.
