1) Insulation panels require standard sizes of 300*300mm with diagonal tolerances less than 3mm. Cutting can be done using a small cutting saw if necessary, with the insulation panel dimensions allowed to deviate by ±2mm.

Grid Mesh Wrapping: Adhere grid mesh on both sides of window and door openings, deformation joints, etc., with a total width of approximately 200mm. The wrapping section width is 80mm. The specific process is as follows: cut the grid mesh to a length of 180mm plus the thickness of the board. First, apply a 80mm long and 2mm wide special adhesive on the wrapping section. Then, press the 80mm long grid mesh into place, and the remaining part is set aside for later use.

3) To install insulation boards, apply the pre-mixed specialized adhesive to the back of the composite foam cement board, ensuring a compression thickness of approximately 3mm. For a secure bond, it is recommended to use the full coverage method; alternatively, the strip adhesive or dot adhesive methods can be employed.

4) Strip Application: Apply the specialized adhesive evenly on the foam cement board using a notched trowel, with a strip width of 10mm, thickness of 10mm, and center spacing of 50mm.

5) Spot Application: Apply the special adhesive around the edges and in the center of each panel with a sponge. Then,抹a diameter of 50mm and a thickness of 10mm gray cake in the separation area of the foam cement board.

6) To install insulation boards, quickly adhere the boards coated with special adhesive to the wall surface to prevent the surface from forming a crust and losing its adhesive properties.

7) After the foamed concrete thermal insulation board is adhered to the wall, use a 2-meter straightedge to flatten it, ensuring its flatness and secure adhesion. The boards should be tightly fitted together without gaps; for gaps caused by uneven cuts, fill them with adhesive and smooth them out. After each board is adhered, clear the excess adhesive from the surface.

8) Foam cement board should be horizontally laid in sections from bottom to top, with each row offset by 1/2 board length. Local offsets must not be less than 100.
