Blade cards are primarily barrier products, mainly used to separate and protect goods during transportation. They prevent damage and scratches that can occur when items collide. By layering the blade cards, products are effectively separated and stacked for enhanced protection.

Products with stringent requirements, such as auto parts, cannot afford even the slightest scratch or collision. Auto parts are expensive and highly configured. We recommend applying a layer of EPE or EVA foam on the blade card for cushioning and protective purposes, which can better ensure the integrity of the product.

It can be custom made according to the customer's size requirements, designing the dimensions and spacing of the blade card slots. After molding, the hollow board is pressed into two blade cards of the specified length, which are then assembled to meet the customer's specific blade card needs.

The blade card is easily removable for convenient transportation, saving on shipping costs, and offering flexibility.

Blade card baffles can be custom-made to be 2-7mm thick, no wider than 1700mm, and of any length, in general medium-density board, anti-fouling honeycomb board, anti-static honeycomb board, and conductive honeycomb board.
