The usage scenarios of full scaffolding are quite diverse, and there are also many technical specifications to follow during the assembly process. Today, we provide a detailed explanation on how to properly set up full scaffolding. Let's take a look together.
1. The height of scaffolding should not exceed 36 meters. The construction layer of the full-site scaffolding should not be more than one layer.
2. The connecting joints of the scaffolding uprights must be connected with clamping connectors. The length of the horizontal bars should not be less than 3 spans.
3. Full-site scaffolding should have continuous vertical diagonal bracing at 6 to 8 meters intervals around the perimeter and in both longitudinal and transverse directions from the base to the top of the structure.
When the structure is under 8 meters in height, continuous horizontal bracing should be set at the top of the frame; for structures 8 meters or higher, continuous horizontal bracing should be installed at the bottom of the frame and at intervals vertically no more than 8 meters apart. The horizontal bracing should ideally be positioned where it intersects with the vertical bracing. The width of the bracing should be between 6 to 8 meters.
5. The shears support is fixed to the intersecting horizontal or vertical rod with a rotating fastener. The centerline of the rotating fastener should not be more than 15 centimeters from the main node.
6. The aspect ratio of the racks should not exceed 3. When the aspect ratio is greater than 2, wall connectors should be installed and tied to the building structure at the outer sides and internally, with horizontal spacing of 6 to 9 meters and vertical spacing of 4 to 6 meters. If wall connectors cannot be installed, measures such as钢丝绳 tensioning and fixation should be taken.
At least full scaffolding spanning two to three bays should be set up according to the specified regulations for connecting wall members.
When局部scaffolding is subjected to concentrated loads, it should be reinforced locally based on the actual load calculation.
9. Scaffoldings should be equipped with ladders, and the spacing between ladder steps must not exceed 300mm.
10. The horizontal spacing of the support bars for scaffolding deck planks on the operating level should not exceed 1/2 of the span; the laying of the deck planks should comply with the specified regulations.
Extensive social surveys indicate that full-panel scaffolding is widely used in large-scale construction projects such as exhibition halls and stadiums. Its composition rapidly evolves from simple uprights to sweeping bars, and its construction methods are continuously improving and updating. As a result, full-panel scaffolding boasts high load-bearing capacity and stability, ensuring better rigidity for construction loads.
