We've found that after a period of use, the drums can develop rust on their surface. Not only does this affect the aesthetic appeal of the product, but it can also lead to corrosion and damage to the drum. How can we address the issue of rust appearing on the drum surface?
It's normal for the drum surface to rust. During use, keep the drum surface clean, and if possible, clean it after each use. If rust has occurred, maintenance can be done by removing rust or re-plating. Rust on the drum can severely degrade product performance, and surface treatments such as painting, galvanizing, spraying, rubber encapsulation, chrome plating, ceramic coating, and oxidation can be applied.
Don't take it lightly if you notice rust on the drum surface. Once it corrodes to the inside of the drum, the entire equipment is prone to malfunctions, affecting its subsequent normal operation.
