The wiring machine, also known as the insertion machine, off-line machine, or in-line machine, is a mechanical production equipment that embeds an electric motor's core into the coil.

Operators of the threading machines must be trained, have a deep understanding of the basic performance and structural features, as well as the control methods, and strictly adhere to the operating procedures for the threading machines to ensure correct usage and maintenance.

One, before the sewing machine operation

1. Adjustments are made according to the parameters of the motor stator.

2. Lubricants were added to all lubrication points as required.

3. Connect compressed air, check and adjust the pneumatic triple union, set the total system pressure to the standard index, and inspect for any air leakage in all parts.

4. Once the gas source pressure stabilizes, manually operate each pneumatic solenoid directional valve in sequence, adjust the speed control valve, and observe if the cylinder's connection to the solenoid directional valve is correct and whether the stroke and speed of each mechanism meet the automatic wiring requirements.

5. Turn on the power switch on the electrical control box and observe the status display on the touch screen.

Line Embedder in Operation

1. To set the winding machine parameters, follow the prompts on the touch screen interface dialog to enter the parameter setting screen. Adjust the relevant parameters as needed. After completing the parameter settings, the machine must be idled for one working cycle with no winding coils or stator iron cores on the head. Confirm that the parameter settings are correct before proceeding with the automatic winding action; otherwise, incorrect operation may cause collisions or other accidents.

2. After confirming the automatic threading process, to check and adjust the actions of various mechanisms, you must select the Debugging menu on the touch screen, which will display the adjustment items for the mechanisms. After selecting as needed, proceed with adjusting each mechanism in sequence. Once adjustments are complete, click the "Reset" button on the menu. The adjusted mechanisms will automatically return to their original positions. Then, press "Debugging Completed" to end the debugging. The equipment will automatically return to the threading work state. After debugging, it is necessary to run an empty cycle to ensure the adjustments are correct.

3. Check for the presence of slot wedge insulating paper. It must be installed on the paper holder and run through the paper roller after the power to the servo motor is connected. Then, manually lift the lower roller of the paper feed mechanism and slide the insulating paper through to the vicinity of the cutting blade.

4. The first installation of the groove wedge insulating paper requires an empty run for one working cycle.

5. Inspect the stator core on the machine head for integrity and normalcy, then press the "Cycle Start" button on the workbench to enter the automatic winding state of the machine tool.

6. Upon completion of the line insertion, the equipment will automatically proceed to the next work cycle. The inserted stator can be removed and a new stator reinserted to continue the line insertion process.

Three, the inlaid line machine is operational.

Upon completion of the thread-embedding machine operation, the power of the machine tool should be turned off, the gas source shut down, the machine body cleaned, and the surrounding environment kept clean. Record the machine operation hours, and ensure proper equipment handover procedures.
