The Automatic Slot Paper Machine is designed for stator cores of electric tool motors, refrigeration compressor motors, home appliance motors, and other applications, suitable for various brushless motors. How does the fully automatic slot paper machine work?
The automatic slotting paper machine for motors uses fully mechanized actions to transport insulating paper from the paper box into the mold. The mold features a mold base, piercing needles, and cutting blades. Once the paper is sent to this position, the cutting blade slices the paper and pushes it into the bottom of the mold.
The paper is pressed into the mold, the molding piece is extruded, the piercing needle is then used to make holes, the molded paper is pierced into the rotor, the piercing needle retracts, the separator rotates, the gear engages, the paper is fed out, and the slot is inserted. The machine is equipped with an inductive switch on the rotating shaft, which will automatically stop after one revolution.
The motor automatic slotting paper machine automatically inserts paper, requiring manual loading and unloading of the rotor. The machine requires the width of the insulating paper to match the length of the rotor, and the insulating paper needs to be wound in a coil.
