The tray should be able to move freely on the rod, while the flange interfaces and pipe seam openings should be misaligned by 170° to 190°.
During installation, ensure that the anchor bolt tray mold blade is sharp, with no chipping on the凹模 blade edge, and no missing corners on the凸模. If there are chippings or missing corners, the blade edge should be honed first.
Before clamping, a silicon steel sheet should be inserted between the upper and lower molds to prevent the blade edge from being damaged during handling.
Before installing the press brake, use an oil stone to grind off any burrs on the bottom and top surfaces, and clean up the debris with a cloth strip. If there are burrs or debris on the upper and lower surfaces of the mold, it will cause the blanking burrs to exceed the tolerance.
Adjust the slider stroke to a suitable position to tightly clamp the upper mold. Ensure that the mold handle or mold frame's top surface is tightly sealed against the bottom surface of the slider. Gently tighten the lower mold plate screws. Then, lift the slider to remove the middle silicon steel sheet. Loosen the lower mold plate screws, lower the slider until the male mold extends into the female mold by 3-4mm, and then tighten the lower mold plate screws. When using the new mold to punch, the male mold must extend into the female mold by 3-4mm; otherwise, the male mold may crack or the female mold may burst.
The installation of trays should be carried out after the resin rods are fully cured. During installation, the tray should be in close contact with the surrounding rock and coal face. The tray and nuts must be securely fastened, and the exposed length of the anchor rod should not exceed 40mm.
Anchor rods must be tightened using a wrench or torque wrench to reach the specified torque, ensuring the anchor plate is securely pressed against the tunnel wall. The installed plate must have a tight contact with the surrounding rock and coal face, with the plate and nut properly and firmly tightened. The exposed length of the anchor rod should not exceed 40mm.
Do not allow the rod to shift or vibrate prior to the anchor agent curing, especially when installing the top hole. Do not apply pre-tension to the anchor rod within the first 2 minutes after installation, and under no circumstances should it be tightened.
During the installation process, strictly follow the installation steps to avoid issues such as "long tail anchor bolts" or inability to open dampers, as this can significantly affect the anchoring support effectiveness and even lead to failure.
