(2) Operation by pressing the switch: Press for 2 seconds, then release for 1 second within 3 seconds. Do not press continuously for more than 3 seconds to avoid shortening the transducer's lifespan and damaging the electronic components.

3) Prevent dust, metal, and other debris from falling into the vibration box to avoid short circuits and damage to circuit boards and other components.

4) Maintain good air circulation and heat dissipation.

Equipment Host

1) Do not place the main unit in high-temperature, humid, or dusty environments.

Do not place liquids on the main unit; maintain cleanliness and avoid using liquid cleaners when wiping.

3) Please cover with a dust cover if exceeding seven days or using less frequently.

4) When not in use for a long period, it is necessary to warm up the engine on a weekly basis.

5) Ensure cleanliness of air compressor sources; if 1/2 water remains, it should be drained promptly.

6) Avoid opening the body unless necessary for maintenance. When opening, always disconnect the power source and discharge any remaining electricity stored in the capacitors.

Steel mold

1) Knocking or damaging the steel mold can easily cause a change in vibration frequency.

2) Steel molds are protected from oxidation and rust by wiping with an oil cloth when not in use and then stored.

Ensure the bottom thread area is clean when installing the steel mold.

4) Ultrasonic steel molds are specially designed and matched with a fixed frequency; please avoid cutting, drilling, or altering any appearance, as this may affect the lifespan of the transducer and oscillator.

5) When handling steel molds for loading and unloading, it is essential to handle them gently to prevent the threads of the variable amplitude rod steel mold from slipping.
