Since stainless steel rivet nuts deform under axial pressure applied at both ends, they exhibit superior stress conditions compared to胀形 shapes applied with radial pressure on simple-shaped parts or pipes.

After riveting, the length of the stainless steel rivet nut is shortened, and its shrinkage hole is related to the material's plasticity and dimensions. To prevent cracking due to overstretching beyond the allowable limit, the amount of shrinkage must be controlled.
