The coating machine is primarily used for the surface coating process in the production of films, paper, and other materials. This machine applies a layer of adhesive, pigment, or ink with specific functions to the rolled base material, then dries and rolls it up. Equipped with a special multi-functional coating head, it can achieve various forms of surface coating. The unrolling and rolling of the coating machine are equipped with a full-speed automatic film-sealing mechanism and PLC program tension closed-loop automatic control.
Let's take a look at the coating machine's material feeding process.
During the need for material change in the unloading unit of the coater, pressing the collection button accelerates the motor of the unloading storage rack, while decelerating the traction motor of the unloading. Throughout this process, the unloading traction oscillating roller controls the unloading traction motor and the unloading storage rack motor to follow the host's speed. When the speed of the unloading storage rack equals the host's speed, the speed of the unloading traction motor drops to 0. At this point, the unloading traction oscillating roller switches from controlling the unloading traction motor to controlling the unloading storage rack motor, ensuring the stability of the unloading tension and a smooth, zero-speed collection stop.
Once the discharging operation is completed, press the "Discharge Completion" button. The discharging storage rack motor slows down, while the discharging traction motor speeds up. Simultaneously, the discharging traction roller starts to control the discharging traction motor. When the discharging storage rack motor speed reaches 0, the discharging traction motor speed equals the main machine speed.
