1. Excellent eagle resistance, long service life; its eagle nature is 3-5 times that of steel sieve plates and more than 5 times that of regular rubber sieve plates.

2. Low maintenance workload, polyurethane screen is not easily damaged, with a long service life, thus significantly reducing maintenance volume and downtime losses.

3. Overall costs are low, despite the initial investment for the same specification (area) of polyurethane sieve being higher than that of stainless steel sieve plates (about twice as much). However, due to the longer lifespan of the polyurethane sieve (3 to 5 times that of stainless steel sieve plates) and fewer maintenance and replacement instances, the total cost is not high and is economically very reasonable.
