Magnet Shapes and Tolerances: Various shapes of neodymium-iron-boron magnets are used, including round, irregular, square, tile, and trapezoidal. Materials of different sizes are processed using different machine tools with rough machining, with the technology and machine operators determining the product's precision.

Surface Coating Treatment: The quality of surface coating, including zinc, nickel, nickel-copper-nickel electroplating, copper, and gold electroplating techniques. We can perform electroplating options on products as per customer requests. The quality of neodymium-iron-boron products can be briefly summarized as mastering the functionality, controlling dimensional tolerances, and evaluating the appearance of the coating through visual inspection. Magnets are not actually made entirely from a mixture of primary materials like neodymium, iron, and boron that are broken down and sintered together. Once this process is complete, our magnet raw materials are ready. The raw materials primarily come in two types: round and square shapes. The required dimensions are cut from larger rough blanks using slicing machines. After cutting, the surface treatment, which is electroplating, is applied to the magnets. Electroplating is done to prevent corrosion and rust, which has no relation to the magnetic force. Even after electroplating, the magnets are still not magnetic. They need to be magnetized using a magnetizing machine, resulting in the strong magnets we see.
