PVC hose, also known as insulating sleeves, is a composite insulating sleeve made of epoxy resin and other reinforcing materials. Used for running electrical wires and maintaining them, it represents a new type of composite hose material with insulating properties. The uses of PVC hose are determined by its advantages.

Excellent Flame Retardancy: After being exposed to flames, the PVC hose separates from the flames quickly, preventing the fire from spreading along the pipeline; Additionally, considering the poor thermal conductivity of plastics, the PVC hose can maintain its integrity for an extended period in fire accident environments, ensuring the operation of electrical control systems.
2. Corrosion and Pest Resistance: The PVC pipe boasts excellent corrosion resistance and is free of adhesives, thus eliminating the risk of pest infestation.
3. Excellent Insulation Function: Resists high voltage without penetration, effectively preventing risks of electrical leakage accidents.
4. High-pressure resistance: Both the ultra-heavy-duty pipe (SGZH) series and the medium and small-size pipe (SGZM) series are designed to withstand high pressure, allowing for either exposed or concealed installation within concrete. They are not prone to distortion under stress. This medium-heavy-duty pipe series is particularly suitable for concealed installation in compacted and vibrated concrete.
5. Construction Refinement: PVC pipe is lightweight, making transportation and installation efficient and labor-saving, as well as easy to extract. Waterproof sleeves with φ25mm or less simply need to be inserted into the corresponding elbow springs, allowing for easy bending at any focal point at room temperature. PVC adhesive can quickly combine the waterproof sleeve and pipe fittings into the required construction shape.
