The primary raw materials for laminating paper include paper base and plastic particles. The paper base is typically made from high-quality wood pulp or straw pulp paper, which boasts excellent flexibility and moisture absorption. The plastic particles are mainly selected from thermoplastic plastics such as polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), known for their excellent waterproofing and heat resistance. This is the core process in the production of laminating paper, involving three steps: melting, coating, and cooling. Firstly, the plastic particles are placed in a melting machine and heated to a molten state, with strict control over the melting temperature and time to ensure complete melting of the plastic particles and to avoid the generation of harmful substances. Next, the molten plastic particles are evenly coated on the paper base using a coating machine, with the control of the coating amount being crucial for the waterproofing and flexibility of the laminating paper. After coating, the plastic layer is rapidly cooled and solidified through a cooling unit.
