The龙门mill features a split gate frame and horizontal long bed. On the gantry machining center, multiple milling cutters can simultaneously process surfaces, offering high precision and production efficiency, suitable for batch/large-scale production of flat and oblique surfaces on large workpieces. It can also process spatial surfaces and some special-shaped parts.

Familiarize and master the performance and features to ensure rapid and effective operation in emergencies, avoiding harm.

Compliance with prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory; wearing gloves for operation is strictly prohibited.

Do not touch the electronic switches of the gantry machining center with wet hands while working to prevent electric shock. Do not touch any moving parts with your hands.

Tools and unfinished workpieces must not be placed on the gantry machining center or on moving objects.

Computer desks and workstations must be sturdy and should not be placed on movable items.

When changing workpieces, first stop the machine and ensure an appropriate distance between the workpiece and the tool. Do not open the front door or the left and right covers while the machine is running to avoid injury.

Once the cutting tools are set up, perform a dry run to ensure the program is correct.

After power outage and emergency stop, shut down and allow the three-axis to return to its original position.

Do not remove any parts related to the journey switch or any protective switches.

Before ending your shift and leaving Longmen Processing Center, turn off the power switch on the control panel and the main switch in the electrical cabinet.
