The advantage of steel belt wooden boxes over similar products is their recyclability. However, if we discard them carelessly after a single use without proper care, we may cause some human-induced damage to the box, rendering it unusable for a second or subsequent uses, thus failing to fully capitalize on the benefits of the steel belt box.
The steel strip wooden box is composed of plywood for all five sides except for the wooden base tray. Plywood boasts excellent shock-absorbing properties, corrosion resistance, high strength, and good moisture absorption. However, as with any matter, there is a flip side.
Due to the moisture-absorbing nature of steel strip wooden boxes, although occasional rain can protect the internal products, the moisture trapped within the plywood can negatively impact the box's quality over time, leading to issues such as mold growth and delamination with bubbles on the surface.
However, during the process, the steel strip wooden boxes are not simply exposed to the sun. Therefore, although they are exposed, the boxes will not mildew. Yet, they will slightly deform due to the sun exposure, affecting not only the appearance but also making secondary packaging a hassle and significantly reducing the quality.
Therefore, to ensure the recycling of steel strip wooden boxes, they must be stored in a well-ventilated environment, with moisture prevention to maintain the original quality of the boxes, and to maximize their advantages.
