Most current water storage containers are made of stainless steel tanks, which are further categorized into sterile stainless steel tanks and square stainless steel tanks. The majority of these tanks are constructed using 304 steel plates, a material that is edible. During manufacturing, the tanks are produced according to the dimensions specified in the design drawings, meeting specific requirements in the process.

The stainless steel water tank is assembled from multiple square steel plates, usually joined together using electric welding. After welding, it is essential to inspect the internal bracing and supports for any signs of loosening. During the welding process, there should be no instances of missed welds. The welds should appear full and the surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, without any irregularities, cracks, or signs of damage. The edges should not be too sharp. The welds on the inner lining should be polished.

② Typically, the bottom of a standard stainless steel square tank is flat. When welding, the top of the tank and the manhole must be properly sealed without any omissions. Particularly, the manhole is usually placed on the side and positioned against the edge, not in the center. A latch-like device is installed on the manhole to prevent children from entering. The connection point is a crucial area that requires meticulous attention during welding. Continuous comparison should be made throughout the welding process to ensure the joints are perfectly vertical.

③ The internal insulation must be well integrated with the outer panel, forming a seamless state between them. This ensures the insulation of the stainless steel sterile water tank is properly filled, resulting in a smooth exterior appearance. Generally, the interior uses polyurethane foam plastic, while the exterior is made of stainless steel sheeting, with the requirement that the surface must be free of scratches and rust. After all installations are complete, the tank should be subjected to a full water test. If no leaks or deformation occur, the installation is considered successful.
