Water-cooled screw chiller system composition:

The water-cooled screw chiller unit is mainly composed of a semi-hermetic screw compressor, shell-and-tube condenser, drying filter, thermal expansion valve, shell-and-tube evaporator, and electrical control section.

Water-cooled screw chillers are also a type of chiller. Due to the use of screw compressors as their main components, they are referred to as water-cooled screw chillers. Their chilled water outlet temperature ranges from 5℃ to 20℃, and they are widely used in various industrial processes requiring chilled water, such as plastics, electroplating, electronics, chemical processing, printing, food processing, and others. They are also suitable for large-scale commercial buildings, hotels, factories, and other central air conditioning systems where centralized chilled water supply is needed.

Chiller units can be used with vacuum equipment. These chillers also meet the requirements of high-quality vacuum equipment, such as molecular pumps, small vacuum evaporators, etc.

Please note the following during the operation of the cold water machine:

First, add a liquid medium to the slot before use. Next, the working power supply should be determined according to the machine model, with the power rating being greater than or equal to the total power of the instrument. The power supply must have a good grounding. Furthermore, the chiller should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated area, with at least 400mm distance from obstacles on the side where the chiller is located. After using the chiller, turn off all switches to the off position, disconnect the power plug, and use a vacuum pump and a rubber hose to remove all liquid from the slot.

The chiller can be used with matching experimental condensation equipment, such as a rotary evaporator, a distiller, and a condenser tube.
