Structural features of the shell and tube evaporator:

The shell-and-tube evaporator has a structure similar to that of the shell-and-tube condenser, with the difference being that the refrigerant flows inside the tubes while the coolant flows inside the shell. Our evaporators are manufactured using precision lathes (CNC and copper tube internal threading equipment) and are made with high-quality, renowned brand purple copper tube materials. They are highly efficient and energy-saving, with a compact appearance.

Whether it's a shell-and-tube condenser or an evaporator, their main manufacturing process and materials used are identical. Both utilize a large steel cylinder, inside which a varying number of low-fin copper tubes (as required) are welded and isolated into two separate channels. Over time, due to material fatigue or inherent material quality issues, some low-fin copper tubes may develop cracks and leak; similarly, the welding of the low-fin copper tubes to the shell tube plates can also result in cracks or porosity due to welding material fatigue or welding quality issues, leading to leaks.
