●The condenser coil is made of copper tubes arranged in a staggered pattern, with the copper tubes and fins joined by mechanical expansion.
● Copper tubes and elbows are welded to form a sealed cavity. The high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant vapor enters, passing through aluminum fins and a fan to undergo forced convection heat exchange with air. The fluid exiting the condenser is a supercooled liquid refrigerant at high pressure.
● Design pressure is 2.5 MPa, test pressure is 2.8 MPa.
