One. Finned tube condenser product structure
●The condenser coil features copper tubes arranged in a staggered pattern, with mechanical胀管 technology used to connect the copper tubes to the fins.
● Copper tubes and elbows are welded to form a sealed cavity. The high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant vapor enters and, through aluminum fins and a fan, undergoes forced convection heat exchange with the air. The refrigerant leaving the condenser is a supercooled liquid under high pressure.
● Design pressure is 2.5 MPa, test pressure is 2.8 MPa.
II. Product Features
● Use high-efficiency heat exchanger coils with tightly expanded tubes for efficient heat exchange.
●Professional fluid design, with sufficient turbulence inside the coil to minimize pressure drop.
Coiled piping is clean and dry.
