The evaporative cooler is the heat exchanger of the fan coil unit, its performance determines the unit's ability to transfer cooling (or heating) and its impact on airflow. This device is commonly found in most air conditioning systems.
The aluminum fin of the air conditioner's heat exchanger features a double-bend louver design, ensuring turbulent conditions for air heat exchange, thereby significantly enhancing the heat transfer efficiency. The aluminum fins of the heat exchanger undergo a stringent three-step cleaning process at the factory: metal cleaner, custom high-quality air conditioner condenser, evaporator, and finned heat exchanger ultrasonic cleaning, followed by a clear water rinse. This ensures there are no residues on the fins, allowing air to flow more smoothly and fundamentally guaranteeing the reliability of heat exchange.
The function of the evaporative cooler:
Utilize refrigerant to absorb heat within the evaporator, gradually lowering the temperature of the cooled space.
Air handling unit coil condensers cool the air passing over the heat exchanger fins by circulating chilled water (refrigerant water) through them. The fan then delivers the cooled air to the area for cooling. The chilled water, carrying the absorbed heat, returns to the refrigeration unit through the return管道 of the coil condenser, where it releases the heat, cools down, and is then sent back to the coil condenser to absorb heat from and cool the air passing through, continuously cycling.
The finned air heat exchangers with chilled water as the medium are generally referred to as evaporative coolers, commonly using Ф16 copper tubes (with hole spacing of 38 and row spacing of 33). In recent years, evaporative coolers with Ф12.7 copper tubes (hole spacing of 31.75 and row spacing of 27.5) have also been widely used.
The heat exchanger is manufactured using mechanical胀管 technology, ensuring optimal heat exchange performance.
The heat exchanger header material can be galvanized pipe, copper pipe, or stainless steel pipe; the fin material for the heat exchanger can be standard aluminum foil or hydrophilic aluminum foil; the end cover plate of the heat exchanger can be galvanized steel or stainless steel plate.
