PVC zipper bags are a type of plastic bag, available in two materials: low-toxicity and environmentally friendly. They are manufactured from PVC film.
Zipper bags are generally categorized into two types: flat pouches and three-dimensional bags. Today, we will mainly introduce the manufacturing process of flat pouches.
Prepare copper molds, zippers, PVC film rolls, and use high-frequency voltage for PVC zipper bags:
Firstly, the material must be cut. Begin by slicing the PVC roll film into sheets. For those that require printing, the screen printing should be done first, ensuring precise alignment during the process; otherwise, the printing may become skewed when the voltage is applied!
Then, it's all about the voltage. Thread the zipper, place the copper mold, adjust the mold, and ensure the temperature is right, and the product can be voltage-formed. The production speed of flat pouches is generally quick, and with the advent of automatic high-frequency voltage machines, the pressing speed is even faster.
During the compression process of the zipper bag, pay attention to the width of the edge compression; do not compress too deeply, otherwise burrs may appear.
