Machine maintenance and upkeep is an essential and routine task, which should be closely coordinated with operations and inspections, and should be conducted by dedicated staff on duty checks.
Machine Maintenance
1. The shaft bears the full load of the machine, so proper lubrication is crucial for the bearing's lifespan, directly impacting the machine's service life and operational efficiency. Therefore, the lubricant injected must be clean, and the seal must be good. The main lubrication points of this machine are: (1) rotating bearings, (2) roller bearings, (3) all gears, and (4) moving bearings and sliding surfaces.
2. The newly installed wheel nuts are prone to loosening and must be checked regularly.
3. Pay attention to the proper functioning of each part of the machine.
4. Be mindful of the wear and tear on items prone to damage, and always ensure that worn parts are replaced promptly.
5. The bottom plate of the device for placing activities should be cleaned of dust and other debris to prevent the moving bearing from being unable to move on the base plate when the machine encounters material that cannot be crushed, which could lead to a serious accident.
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, the machine should be immediately stopped to investigate and eliminate the cause.
7. If there is a knocking sound when the gears are turning, stop immediately, inspect, and eliminate it.
Installation and trial run
The equipment should be installed on a level concrete foundation and secured with anchor bolts.
During installation, ensure the main body is vertically aligned with the level.
3. After installation, check for any loose bolts on all parts and ensure the main storage door is securely fastened. If any are loose, please tighten them.
4. Configure power cables and control switches according to the equipment's power configuration.
After the inspection is completed, proceed with an empty-load test run. Once the test run is normal, production can commence.
