Secondly, printing and packaging manufacturers must pay close attention to seasonal and climatic issues.

The same amount of adhesive is used, but during the rainy season, when the air humidity is high, the drying time of the paper slows down. Conversely, in the dry autumn and winter seasons, the paper dries easily, so the amount of adhesive applied needs to be adjusted and increased accordingly.

Proper storage of adhesives is also crucial. If the seal is not tight during storage, many components of the adhesive can evaporate, causing the adhesive to dry out easily. Additionally, for other types of adhesives, if a certain amount of substance evaporates, it can result in insufficient adhesion, leading to the adhesive deteriorating and losing its bonding ability.

When applying glue to the Tiandi box machine, pay attention to the curing time of the glue.

If the adhesive curing time is long, the corresponding production time on the Tiandi Box machine also needs to be extended. If the adhesive curing time is shorter, the production time on the Tiandi Box machine should also be reduced, and it should be controlled so that the adhesive curing time synchronizes with the Tiandi Box machine's sealing process.
