1. Use within the normal atmospheric pressure range
The pressure intensifier must operate within the working pressure range specified in the inspection report during normal use and must not exceed the specified working pressure.
2. Operations must be conducted in accordance with procedures.
Ensure that the action sequence adheres to the sequence on the gas route assembly diagram: pre-compression action - boost action - boost release - pre-compression reset; the working temperature of the pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder is approximately 0℃ to 60℃, with an operating speed of 50 to 400mm/s.
3. Maintain cleanliness
Prior to connecting the gas-liquid pressure cylinder to the air line, please ensure that the pipeline and components are thoroughly cleaned of dust and debris to prevent reducing the service life of the pressure cylinder.
4. Do not alter to add other hydraulic oil.
The supercharger is designed to use VG68# anti-wear hydraulic oil. It is strictly prohibited to use other liquid mediums (such as engine oil, water, etc.) without authorization.
5. Be mindful of the working environment for the supercharger cylinder.
The working environment temperature for the cylinder is predetermined during design. If the working environment needs to be changed beyond the temperature, please contact the technical personnel specializing in the supercharger cylinder.
Due to the iron components within the cylinder, please do not use it in environments with particularly complex operating conditions (such as those involving contact with chemicals). Additionally, install an effective air treatment element (a three-point assembly) at the front of the cylinder, and ensure proper oil lubrication and drainage during installation.
