Adjustment methods for the operating speed of gas-liquid pressure cylinders:
1. Timing Adjustment: The four steps of the gas-liquid pressure accumulator (pre-compression descent, pressure descent, pressure return, pre-compression return) are controlled by a timer relay. The timing of each action can be adjusted according to the specific requirements of different products through the timer relay.
2. Exhaust Adjustment: The gas-liquid boost cylinder has four intake ports (except for the direct-pressure type boost cylinder), with each intake port corresponding to one of the four actions of the boost cylinder. If it is necessary to adjust the speed or smooth operation of a specific action, a tunable quick exhaust valve (one-way) can be installed at the corresponding exhaust port. By using the quick exhaust valve, the exhaust can be reduced to a suitable speed.
3. Speed Enhancement Adjustment: Increased the diameter of the intake port tube, our products require a tube diameter of over 12 cm, which can be appropriately widened upon request. Additionally, adjustable quick exhaust valves (one-way) can be installed at the four air ports. By setting the exhaust valves to a larger state, the exhaust speed increases, thereby enhancing the overall operating speed.
Pressure Adjustment Method for Gas-Liquid Pressure Amplifier Cylinder:
1. Total Gas Source Pressure Adjustment: There is a switch to adjust the gas source size at the air processing combination two-in-one component. The input pressure of the gas-liquid combined pressure increase will change according to the size of the intake gas source pressure. When the intake gas source pressure is high, the output pressure of the pressure increase cylinder will increase accordingly, and vice versa, when the intake gas source pressure is reduced, the output force of the pressure increase cylinder will decrease.
2. Individual Pressure Adjustment: To individually adjust and control the pressure of a specific action, a pressure regulating valve can be installed at the corresponding intake source port.
