Bamboo and wood fiber wall panels are the latest eco-friendly decorative materials on the market, offering both health benefits and excellent decorative effects. They are treated with UV-cured coatings for surface protection, making them wear-resistant, scratch-proof, and resistant to pollution and corrosion. They are also heat-resistant and able to withstand cold temperatures, which is why they are very popular among consumers. Today, I will introduce two installation methods for bamboo and wood fiber integrated wall panels for your reference.
One, install with wall glue
On one side of the wall base, the commonly used materials are 3MM plywood and particleboard, with fire-resistant glass magnesium board being a premium option. Attach them to the wall with pneumatic nails and clean the wooden boards with sandpaper.
2. Sawn boards, cut into bamboo fiber boards and wood fiber boards according to actual requirements.
3. Chamfering: The four sides of the UV board installation are beveled at 45 degrees using a chamfering machine. Depending on the actual installation requirements, some may only require flipping the top and bottom sides or three sides.
4. Clean the backside of the UV board using sandpaper and a cloth.
5. Apply a general glue or wood glue evenly to the back of the bamboo and wood fiberboard, then smoothly adhere the bamboo and wood fiberboard to the wall. Gently tap the bamboo and wood fiberboard with a hammer to secure it more firmly against the wall.
6. Mix the seam filler with water, then place the filler at a 45-degree angle intersection on two bamboo fiber boards. First, fill the seam, then gently cross the vertical edges of the boards from the 45-degree angle intersection for an aesthetically pleasing result.
7. Clean the surface of the bamboo and wood fiber board, removing excess filling material.
Aluminum alloy fixed
On one side of the wall base, commonly used are 3MM plywood and particleboard. A good point is the use of fire-resistant glass magnesium board, which is nailed to the wall with pneumatic nails.
2. The nail line is on the wall. The corner is fixed with an aluminum alloy negative angle, followed by the corner fixed with an aluminum alloy blade rod. This means that the aluminum alloy negative angle and the aluminum alloy blade rod are separately nailed to the corresponding positions on the wall.
Then, saw the bamboo fiber board. The UV boards are cut to size as per actual requirements, followed by sanding the edges for a smooth and clean finish.
Insert bamboo fiber board between the aluminum alloy negative angle and the tool rod.
