High-temperature refractory mortar

High-temperature refractory mortar is an不定形耐火 material composed of powder-grade fused white corundum and a binder, used for mixing slurry. It is primarily employed in the construction of joints for corundum refractory bricks and alumina hollow sphere refractory bricks, as well as for coating materials. It boasts the following advantages:

Jointing can be controlled within 1-1.5mm, particularly offering excellent adjustment for the airtightness and structural integrity of high-temperature kilns.

② Compatible with alumina lining bricks, it can withstand various chemical and physical reactions inside the furnace at high temperatures, just like corundum bricks or alumina hollow sphere bricks.

⑶ Engineered with special processes and raw materials, it shrinks minimally at high temperatures, boasts high bonding strength, and excellent resistance to thermal shock and slag.

④ Its physicochemical specifications are: Al₂O₃>90% ,SiO₂<7%,  Fe₂O₃<0.1%。
