I. Requirements for the Site Preparation
The flooring installation should be conducted after the indoor civil construction and decoration work is completed.
2. The ground should be level, dry, free of debris, and dust-free.
3. The space beneath the floor, where cables, electrical wiring, plumbing, air ducts, and HVAC systems are to be installed, should be completed prior to the floor installation.
4. The foundation for heavy equipment should be completed, with the equipment installed on top. The height of the foundation should match the finished height of the floor surface.
5. The construction site is equipped with a 220V/50Hz power supply and water source.
Flooring Installation Tools
Yonstone Cutting Saws
2. Laser Level Meters, Network Laser Scanners
3. Bubble Levels, Rulers, and Chalk Lines
4. Clamp Pullers, Nut Adjusting Wrenches, Cross Screwdrivers
5. Vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops
Step 3
Ensure proper ground level flatness and wall perpendicularity; if significant defects or local renovations are found, submit a report to the relevant department of Party A.
2. Level the horizontal line and project the floor installation height with a chalk line onto the wall to ensure the floor is laid on the same level. Measure the length and width of the room and select a reference position, then mark the grid lines for the installation supports on the ground to ensure a neat and aesthetically pleasing installation while minimizing the need for floor cuts.
3. Adjust the support bases to the same required height and position them at the cross-point of the ground grid lines.
4. Secure the truss beam to the support using installation screws, and then individually align the truss beam with a level and a square ruler, ensuring it is both in the same plane and perpendicular to each other.
5. Place the active floor on the assembled truss beam using a vacuum lifter.
6. If the remaining size near the wall is less than the length of the activity floor, you can patch it by cutting the floor.
7. During floor installation, use a water-filled level to level each piece individually. The height of the floating floor is adjusted by the adjustable supports. Handle the flooring gently during installation to prevent scratches and damage to the edges. Additionally, clean as you lay to avoid leaving debris and dust beneath the floor.
When installing heavy equipment in the server room, additional supports can be installed beneath the equipment base to prevent floor deformation.
