Proper Use of Eco-Friendly Gift Box Adhesives
Glue's open time is 15 minutes, but the glue application to the middle of the lamination process should be done within ten minutes. Therefore, managers, please make sure to inform your staff to apply the glue within the appropriate bonding time.
2. Do not mix with adhesives from other brands to prevent clumping and mold formation.
3. Glue is pre-set to the correct viscosity before leaving the factory. Some manufacturers, in an attempt to cut production costs, add water without authorization, which can directly affect the glue's adhesive strength.
4. Leftover glue must be stored in a sealed container to prevent skinning and clumping on the surface. Tools used with glue should be cleaned as soon as possible to avoid difficulty in cleaning if left for too long.
5. During winter, when using and storing glue, as well as for goods that have been pasted with glue, it is crucial to prevent cold before the glue dries.
6. Eco-friendly gift box adhesives should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse with operating temperatures between 4-35°C, and have a shelf life of 180 days. If past the expiration date, the product can still be used as long as the tested values are within the acceptable range.
