Utilize and Maintain
The facility must have adequate ventilation and an environmental temperature below 40°C.
2. A dust-and dirt-free cleaning facility.
3. Liquids such as water and oil will not settle on the pump.
Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
5. There is ample surrounding space for easy inspection, maintenance, and assembly/disassembly of the pump.
The pump must be installed on a flat, level surface.
7. Install the pump on a foundation similar to concrete hardness, or securely mount it on a steel or wooden frame if conditions do not permit.
Ensure the pump does not cause vibration due to an unstable foundation.
9. Avoid excessively long or too small piping connections to the pump, as this can affect the pumping speed. Also, be sure to check for any air leaks in the vacuum piping connections.
When connecting the power cables, pay attention to the wiring requirements specified on the motor nameplate. For three-phase electric pumps, ensure that the motor's rotation direction matches the arrow direction indicated on the pump.
Structural Characteristics
Oil-Free Direct-Coupled Scroll Vacuum Pump is a single-stage scroll vacuum pump used for removing gases from sealed containers to achieve vacuum, a fundamental equipment for vacuum creation.
This pump is suitable for a variety of vacuum operations, including the repair of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, printing machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, physical and chemical experiments, and small devices requiring a vacuum environment. It can also serve as a preliminary pump for small oil boost pumps, oil diffusion pumps, and molecular pumps.
