Basic Operation of Single-Acting Hydraulic Jack
Adjust the grip to 90° while not using or conserving space.
When moving the jack, adjust the handle to 45°, allowing personnel to push or pull the jack.
3. When aligning to the work position, adjust the handle to a horizontal direction, allowing for front, rear, and side adjustments of the jack's position.
Ensure proper air source connection during lifting, with the air pump at 0.6 cubic meters or above and the pipe diameter being 8mm or more.
5. Hold the闸刀拉杆 handle to adjust the grip angle.
Adjust the three positions on the switch as needed.
Each time, an extended cap should be used to prevent direct contact between the vehicle body and the oil cylinder, thereby avoiding damage to the cylinder.
8. The refueling port should be filled with aviation hydraulic oil, with the amount of oil equal to the level of the refueling port when the jack is flat.
Single-acting hydraulic jack usage guidelines
Before use, it is necessary to check whether all parts are functioning normally.
2. Always strictly adhere to the rules in the main parameters when in use. Avoid overloading or exceeding the limits, otherwise, severe oil leakage at the top of the cylinder may occur when the lifting height or tonnage exceeds the regulations.
3. In case of insufficient oil in the manual pump body, it is necessary to first add N33# hydraulic oil that has been sufficiently filtered into the pump before operation.
4. Refer to the Electric Pump Operation Manual for the electric pump.
5. Select a moderate center of gravity for heavy loads, and choose a suitable fulcrum point for the jack. Ensure the base is leveled, considering the ground's hardness and softness. Determine if a sturdy wood pad is needed, and ensure the placement is stable to prevent sinking or tilting under the load.
6. After using a jack to lift a heavy object, it is essential to promptly secure the object with a support to prevent it from collapsing. Avoid using the jack as a support. Choose it for long-term support if necessary.
When lifting with multiple jacks simultaneously, ensure the jacks are properly positioned and use a multi-jack manifold. Distribute the load evenly among the jacks and maintain synchronized lifting speed. It's also crucial to consider potential sinking due to uneven weight distribution and prevent risks caused by the lifted object tilting.
