Hydraulic station manufacturers maintain a strict regimen for the maintenance and care of hydraulic stations. The proper maintenance directly impacts their lifespan. Many technicians are unaware of the importance of hydraulic station maintenance. Let's delve into it together!
If hydraulic station manufacturers need to make appropriate adjustments to an environmentally friendly hydraulic station, they must not arbitrarily turn the handles of any related valves after the adjustments, to prevent affecting the normal operation of the lifting mechanism's braking system. Additionally, staff must regularly inspect the valves on the safety braking device, as well as the connections of all screws.
Hydraulic station manufacturers will pay close attention to regularly inspecting the overall operation of the environmental-friendly hydraulic stations, while also paying special attention to the usage of the systems in place. The primary goal is to ensure the cleanliness of the internal environment, with no debris entering the hydraulic system. If contamination in the oil is detected, it should be immediately filtered using a filter. If the oil has degraded, it needs to be replaced promptly.
During the use of the eco-friendly hydraulic station, staff must regularly filter the hydraulic oil, typically every six months. Be especially mindful that even new oil does not necessarily mean it is clean, so it must be filtered before being introduced into the system. Additionally, the mesh oil filter should be cleaned regularly, at least once every six months.
If a hydraulic station manufacturer needs to replace the oil pipes in the hydraulic station, after the new pipes are welded, they should be subjected to acid washing. Otherwise, it may affect the cleanliness of the oil fluid throughout the entire system.
