No Work:
Verify power supply is correct.
Check if the control panel fuse is damaged.
Check for any damage to the coil.
Section II: Reduced Vibration
Adjust the speed control knob on the controller.
2. Is the power supply (voltage/frequency) correct?
3. Are the locking screws for the doors loose?
4. Is the shrapnel fractured?
5. Is the coil gap position normal (approximately 0.5-1.0mm) and is the feeding disk (track) interfering with external objects?
6. Re-adjust the shrapnel.
7. Has the rigidity of the fixed machine station deteriorated?
8. Coil performance degradation.
9. Inspect the load's weight and external dimensions to ensure they do not exceed the load capacity.
Possible Reasons for Not Working:
Insufficient power voltage
Line between the vibratory pan and controller has fractured.
Controller fuse blown
4. Coil Burnout
5. Insufficient or excessive gap between coil and frame
6. A part is stuck between the coil and the frame.
7. Vibratory hopper hits a hard object, the top or bottom plate touches another piece of equipment
Vibratory feeder is underperforming or too slow, feeding sporadically or irregularly, which may be due to:
Spring Breakage
2. Substrate too thin
3. The countertop has defects and lacks hardness. If suspended from the equipment countertop, it will cause insufficient vibration. The countertop thickness should be at least 1-1/2" to prevent vibration absorption, and cylindrical legs must be equipped with triangular support plates.
4. The countertop is not level
5. Items inside the tray are disorganized
6. The air gap in the coil should be as small as possible.
7. Excessive machine speed led to parts slipping off the vibratory tray.
Power Grid Fluctuation
9. The controller requires readjustment to accommodate grid fluctuations.
10. Parts Issues: Exceeding specifications, bending, oil content, etc.
11. The fixing screws for the base and the disk are loose or not properly positioned.
12. Excessive Parts
13. Incorrect undercarriage adjustment
Material change requires a retrimming of the dashboard and a reset of the chassis.
15. Issues may arise when using air blowers, such as unstable air pressure, contamination from the air source, or presence of water or oil. These contaminants can accumulate on the vibration disc surface, leading to reduced feeding speed or even complete stoppage. The air source must be clean and dry, equipped with an independent regulator and filter. Avoid using rigid pipes as they can decrease feeding performance. Flexible hoses should be used instead.
Controller frequency is incorrect (e.g., half-wave/full-wave selector switch)
