A vibratory feeder is an auxiliary material feeding device for automatic assembly or automatic processing machinery, commonly referred to as a component feeding unit. This vertical axis is driven by inclined spring blades, resulting in a twisting pendulum motion. The components inside the hopper rise along a spiral track due to this vibration. As they ascend, they pass through a series of tracks where they are sifted or undergo positional changes, allowing them to automatically enter the assembly or processing position in a uniform state as required for assembly or processing. The purpose of this operation is to automatically and orderly orient and align disordered workpieces into a neat, accurate arrangement for the next stage of the process through vibration.
