The spray booth is a key equipment used in the limestone desulfurization tower for dust removal in the heating furnace. Limestone or limestone powder is used as an adsorbent, forming a slurry of limestone. This slurry is then pumped into the desulfurization tower, where the SO2 in the dust is reflected and converted into CaCO3 in the slurry. This treatment process and the waste gas treatment equipment can be applied to the acidic and alkaline emissions of various manufacturing industries, such as chemical factories, electronic devices, metallurgical industry, electroplating processes, textile (man-made fibers), food, and machinery and equipment manufacturing. This includes industries like flavored food, acid production, acid pickling passivation, electroplating, electrolysis, batteries, and more.
The organic gas waste from the paint booth is introduced into the purification tower through ventilation pipes and passes through the filling layer. The waste gas and caustic soda digestion solution form a two-phase gas-liquid system that is sufficient for contact, digestion, absorption, and neutralization reactions. After purification, the waste gas is dried and demisted by a deduster and then discharged into the atmosphere via a centrifugal fan. The absorption liquid is pumped from the bottom of the tower, sprayed downward from the top, and then flows back to the bottom of the tower in a closed-loop system. The purified organic gas waste meets the emission regulations of Guangdong Province's local environmental protection standards, which are less stringent than the national environmental protection standards.
The spray booth employs a filling tower to purify waste gases, suitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent discharge waste gases; the process is simple, with quick and straightforward management, operation, and maintenance, minimizing the risk of cutting damage to the consumer's manufacturing area; it has a wide range of applications, capable of purifying various types of air pollutants; it reduces pressure, offers flexibility in actual operation, and boasts excellent dehumidification properties; the tower can be constructed with materials such as FRP/PP/PVC based on specific conditions; low-resistance, low-fill-rate ball rings effectively remove odors and harmful substances from steam.
