Environmental Protection: Materials are recyclable, ensuring green and pollution-free production.
2. Energy Efficiency: Utilizing energy-saving walls with excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, and noise reduction properties, meeting energy-saving standards.
3. Wind Resistance: Steel structural buildings are lightweight, high in strength, with excellent overall rigidity and strong deformation capacity. The weight of the building is only one-fifth of that of brick and concrete structures, capable of withstanding hurricanes with wind speeds of up to 70 meters per second, effectively protecting lives and property.
Comfort: The light steel wall system features an energy-saving and breathable design, allowing for regulation of indoor air humidity and dryness; the roof is equipped with ventilation capabilities, creating a circulating air space above the interior, ensuring adequate ventilation and heat dissipation for the roof interior.
5. Soundproofing: Soundproofing performance is an important indicator for residential evaluation. Windows installed in the light steel system all use double-glazed glass, offering excellent soundproofing with a rating above 40 decibels; walls composed of light steel studs, insulation materials, and gypsum board achieve a soundproofing effect of up to 60 decibels.
6. Durability: The light steel structure residential structures are composed of cold-formed thin-walled steel components. The steel frame is made of corrosion-resistant high-strength cold-rolled galvanized sheets, effectively preventing rusting effects during construction and use, thereby increasing the lifespan of the light steel components.
7. Insulation: The main thermal insulation material used is glass fiber wool, offering excellent heat retention and insulation. The thermal insulation boards used for exterior walls effectively prevent the "cold bridge" phenomenon, achieving superior heat retention. A thermal resistance value of approximately 100mm thick R15 insulation cotton is equivalent to that of a 1m thick brick wall.
8. Structural Resistance: The roofs of most low-rise villas are sloping, thus the roof structure is primarily composed of triangular truss systems made from cold-formed steel components. After the structural panels and gypsum boards are sealed, the light steel components form a robust "sheet rib structure system," which offers good seismic resistance and the ability to withstand horizontal loads.
