A weaving bag printing machine is a machine used for applying printed text and images, classified under printing machines. Firstly, the printed text and images are made into a plate, which is then mounted on the printing machine. Next, ink is manually or automatically applied to the areas of the plate with text and images, and it is then transferred directly or indirectly onto the weaving bag, thus replicating the same printed product as the plate. Suitable for various weaving bag materials, text, and patterns. In the continuous cyclic motion, the time occupied by each movement should be as short as possible to shorten the running cycle and improve work efficiency, as long as the function is achieved.
The working principle involves first creating a plate with the text and images to be printed, loading it into the printing machine, then manually or mechanically applying ink to the plate's text and images, and finally transferring it directly or indirectly onto the woven bags to replicate the plate.
Operation Method.
1. The lead mechanic is responsible for overseeing the safety of machinery and crew.
2. Prior to starting work, the staff must be fully dressed in their work attire, ensuring it is neatly worn, with collars and cuffs fastened, and nothing should be stuffed into the pockets as it may fall out with debris. Watches and all accessories should be removed.
3. The drive section of the printing machine comes into contact with the human body. It is required to be equipped with a full set of protective guards, and it is prohibited to remove the guards while the machine is powered on.
4. Prior to powering on, add the necessary lubricant (grease) to each oiling point, lubrication point, and oil tank on the machine. Check for any debris on the paper feed tray, ensure the roller is flat, and look for any other items inside the machine.
