How to Use a Four-Color Printing Machine:
1. When the four-color printer is in operation, do not touch the moving work surface with your hands, do not repair or wipe the machine, do not step over the rotating parts, and ensure the machine's complete protective devices are in place.
2. Staff must strictly adhere to their assigned tasks, constantly monitor the operation of all parts of the four-color printing machine, and immediately stop the machine upon discovering any issues.
3. When entering the machine room to inspect equipment and oil, and when clearing debris, the power to the paper feed and collection boards must be disconnected.
4. When placing the pedal in the middle, please ensure personal safety.
5. The washing of the胶辊 (胶滚) and the ink fountain cannot be done simultaneously. During the process of cleaning the胶布 (胶布) and inking up the plate, it is necessary to use the step-by-step control function.
6. The four-color printing machine must not have all safety devices removed at will.
7. Adjust the appropriate printing pressure to ensure the machine operates normally.
8. When cleaning the impression roller ink residue, do not use ink knives, steel knives, or similar objects to scrape the impression area. Instead, use appropriate solvents and rags for wiping, and ensure cleaning is done daily.
9. Keep the workplace clean and unobstructed; ensure that the floor, workbenches, and machinery areas are free of debris, and that repair tools and spare parts are stored in designated locations.
10. No horseplay, roughhousing, or loud talking is allowed around the machine during operation.
After completing the task, clean the four-color machine, protect the plate, wipe off the tape, press the roller and cushion, turn off the power, and fill out the work record.
