Operation instructions for the three-color printing machine:
The Lead Operator is responsible for overseeing the safety of the machinery and crew for the three-color printing machine.
Before starting work, the worker must wear the uniform and work shoes neatly, fasten the collar and cuffs, ensure no loose items are in the pockets, and not wear watches or any jewelry.
The three-color printer has transmission parts that come into contact with the human body around the exterior, requiring a full protective cover. It is strictly prohibited to turn on the machine with the protective cover removed.
4. Prior to starting the machine, ensure that the necessary lubricating oil (grease) is added to all oiling points, lubrication points, and the oil tank. Check if there are any debris on the paper feed table, if the roller is level, and if there are any other items inside the machine.
5. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating or starting the machinery. Assistants and apprentices must work under the guidance of the chief engineer.
6. Before starting the three-color printing machine, check for any debris in all parts of the machine. Signal first (press the safety bell), and ensure there is a clear communication between the operator and the machine, confirming that the area around the machine is safe before turning it on.
